Works well, but I always forget
This stuff works well to relax my hair, without going crazy at my scalp. But I do it so infrequently that I always forget how bad it winds up frying my hair. I wish I paid enough attention so that I could remember to make sure I prepared my hair well first, and that I had protein treatments on hand for afterwards. I happened to have one this time, but that was just sheer luck.

Damaged Order, Wrong Strength
Damaged shipment, couldn't use. Used once before in 2019 and worked great. Got shorter haircut, made my hair thick and curly, so will alleviate bulky hair. Also, box shows Coarse but doesn't also state Super formula. I would only use a Regular strength, but Amazon only carries Super for this particular company. The return process was very easy by UPS STORE. yaay

Works well
I have coarse, thick , african 4c hair and I must say for someone with a head of hair that is hard to process; this relaxer works like a charm. Also I have a very sensitive scalp so it did bur however, It doesn't burn severely like the rest and it didn't form a scab at the burnt area it only flaked.
