Unfortunately, my order arrived broken, leaving me with sweet crumbs instead of the adorable cookies shown on the packaging. They were shipped wrapped in plastic rather than in a box, causing them to be crushed under a heavy load during transport despite being clearly perishable in a see-through bag. Eating crumbs when you expect to enjoy a cookie with your favorite brew is disappointing.""Perhaps it was my mistake to expect cookies to be shipped successfully online. Received package with cookies however all cookies in individual bags are broken and/or crumbs. The cookies are delicious but wish they weren’t broken
