Yes so it’s easy to look inside to measure correctly

Q: What is the product height when stacked? My plastic set which break too easy have a 1 cup that is 2" high & when stacked the handles angle up to 4".

Just under 4 inches..approximately 3 3/4".

Q: Will the magnet hold them to the refrigerator?

I just tried this on my refrigerator. Not the entire set together but one measuring cup at a time, yes.
