Appears to be a good value
Cannot speak for durability, but will give some info on fit.Size vest is the Large/XL with a waist circumference of 46". My waist is smaller than than; however the vest has to fit over a winter coat with handgun on right side of belt, magazine holder on left side of belt; therefore the size needed is 46" and the vest fits with an inch or two of leeway. Length at 29" could use an extra two inches; however, it does cover the handgun by appox. 1.5"It reflects light as expected and for the price a good purchase. Hopefully, it will last a year or two.PURCHASED a second size 2XL/3XL and it fits a lot better over that heavy winter coat and the extra 11" of waist size makes it a lot better fit. Height 2" longer also helps. The smaller vest first purchased is now used over lighter coat, with the same arrangement of handgun on right, magazine on left and fits great. And naturally, will fit easily when warmer weather arrives and no coat is required over the gear. So, both of these vests will be used and both were needed.Have also received a few compliments on the looks of the vests. The blue blends in prefect for the application.

Sizing -
My husband usually wears a medium shirt but wanted to be able to occasionally wear a jacket under this safety vest. Ordered a L/XL for this reason. This seemed to be the right decision. The medium probably would have been fairly tight with a jacket underneath. Guess you could say they run a little small. There is room to spare with this size but better than being too tight, he says. It seems well made. There is room for pens, cell phone & a small notebook in the large pockets. It was also delivered overnight! (Prime - So California) which helped us make the decision to buy it. So far so good. UPDATE - Dec/2019 : Last month the velcro on the most used pocket began to fail. My husbands cell phone just had a close call with ending it's little cell phone life in a ground water well. Will need to make some sort of repair here. Otherwise, the vest is holding up well and washes well.

Looks Good and Feels Durable
I bought this vest to use while delivering for Amazon Flex. In certain neighborhoods, I would get looks and questions while delivering in my regular clothes. For some reason, wearing something as simple as a safety vest changes that.I am a big guy and I the size I wear came a little small. Thankfully, I don't need to zip up the vest and wearing it opened up over my clothes feels just fine. The pockets and velcro seem to be holding up really well. I don't need to carry much of anything, so my take on those features may be a little untried. The mesh fabric seems to be strong. My vest get tossed around and it has not ripped or teared at all.Overall, this seems to be a great purchase and it works for me. It has helped me with my work and I could not be happier.

Wanna use this for motorcycling? Step up on the vest size
I wear a reflective vest most of the time when I ride my motorcycle. The vest I was using was getting ragged-y, but that was my fault for the most part; The vest had countless corpses of all manner of bugs splattered on it and I never took the vest into the house and cleaned it. However, the vest's zippered pocket broke, specifically the zipper itself. That was the final nail in the coffin for that vest. I commute to work on my motorcycle sometimes and I have to show a badge to enter the area I work in. The zippers of my motorcycle jacket's pockets are too tucked away to be able to unzip with motorcycling gloves on, so I decided to get a new vest and chose this one.Why all the ramble about zippers? It pertains to a reason I like this vest. This vest uses velcro to close some of it's pockets, and that is a huge boon for me. Mind, I haven't commuted to work on my motorcycle since I got this vest, but I have put on some bulky winter riding gloves, and was still able to easily open a velcro'd pocket and get my badge out much quicker than I ever could with a zippered pocket. So while I haven't wore this vest on a commute to work, I have been riding the very few weekends it hasn't been storming and raining here, and here's where the latter part of my review title comes into play.In terms of shirts, I wear XL. Motorcycle jackets, usually XL but I have one jacket that I had to go up to 2XL. So, I bought this vest in L/XL size. Yep, Large and Extra Large are consolidated into one size on this vest. The vest fits my torso nicely with just a shirt on. But with any of my bulky, armored motorcycle jackets on, the vest is very snug. Oh, I can still put the vest on and take it off without too much hassle, but it's a bit uncomfortable. And while this vest does have large mesh material areas, since it's so snug on my torso I don't think I'm getting as much airflow on my torso on motorcycle rides as I should be.Should I cough up for a 2XL sized vest? That question haunts me every time I throw this vest on. As I discussed, I like the pockets of this vest, so I'd stick with this particular vest if I got a larger one. My concern though, is will a 2XL size vest be TOO big for me? I definitely don't want a loose piece of cloth flapping around on my torso as I ride my motorcycle. So to recap my experiences: if you're considering this to put over a shirt or even a light jacket or coat, you should be fine with ordering the size you normally wear, especially if you ditched the jacket/coat for a sweater. If you need to wear this over heavy clothing, such as obviously a motorcycling jacket, or a heavy winter coat, I would advise getting one size larger than you'd normally wear for this vest.

High Quality Product
I use this vest for visibility at night while bicycling. Bought it for the mesh construction feature to stay cool, also for the pockets. Haven't used it in hot weather yet, but seems like it will breathe very well. It doesn't constrain me while biking, very comfortable. One slight quibble -- maybe the vest pockets could be more cell phone friendly. I have a Samsung S7 and it just a little too tall for the breast pocket. The velcro flap doesn't fit over it very well. Not a real problem, though. Otherwise, seems of very high quality and very reflective. I bought S/M size, and it fits me comfortably. I am 5'8" and around 150 lb, kind of slim.
