I love this product and order it regularly. I had a torn meniscus and got an operation to repair it; however, afterward I developed osteoarthritis. Used NSAIDs and Aleve all the time, but now I only use Frankincense. I usually need just one per day, but it says you can take two. Depends on your needs, but well worth giving up the other pain meds.
