Great grill
What a great little grill! Came in two days and was easy to assemble. First day at the pool with burgers and sausages did not disappoint!

Unusable as delivered
Arrived with major dents in two of the key parts. The two side panels that hold the grill together were severely dented. Very disappointing to pay so much and receive a grill that cannot even be assembled. Interestingly, the packaging was not damaged at all. I did not see the damage until I took the panels out of their plastic bags. Leads me to believe that these parts were already damaged when packed.GOOD NEWS - I called Napoleon's customer service and they were awesome in resolving the issue. Just waiting on the replacement panels.

Great High Quality grill in a small package
Awesome high quality grill, and most of the accesories for the larger models also work with it!

Better then a Weber.
What a great grill. Was looking for this grill and everyone was out of stock. Bought a 3 burner Weber and it didn’t perform well. It would not heat properly and the controls felt cheap. Returned the Weber and purchased the Napoleon Grill and have been very pleased. This grill does not feel cheap. Controls feel solid and it heats like hell!! Hahha it was a great buy wish I would of gotten it on sale.

some panels are dented
The box arrived in very bad condition. The grill's bottom panel and sides panels that hold the grill were dented but the materials are thin so I was able to fix some of them. I did not want to spend time sending it back due to the weight of the package 100+ pounds and the grill will be outside on my deck under the canopy so it not the centerpiece. Looks to me that amazon selling an open box item instead of a new one as advertised. Instructions are the pictures and they are small in size so it was not too easy to assemble. I would recommend inspecting all the pieces carefully and checking the content and parts of the box based on the assembly booklet before assembling it. The grill temperature is good and the grill is easy to clean. 2 wheels are not the best idea to move the grill around but can be managed by using side shelves to pull/push it. Note that grates and burner covers are not stainless steel. The grill was sold directly by Amazon.

Heats Up Quickly
I am loving my Napoleon BBQ. I will say it was a bit of a challenge to assemble. Expect it to take a couple of hours if you are working alone. My only complain is that it is hard to keep the temperature low across all the rack as you have to turn off at least one of the elements. It lights really easy. The rack cleans up easily when warm (after you remove the food) with a standard BBQ brush.

Nice grill!
I've heard good things about Napoleon grills and decided to give one a try. This model is considered an entry-level grill for Napoleon. It is well made and I particularly like the grates. I seasoned the grates per instructions and I think this has made a big difference. I used avocado oil for this and also spray this oil on the grates before each use. They clean easily and I never have an issue with food sticking to the grates. I have two issues with the grill. First, there's a large opening on the back of the grill that allows wind to enter. If it's windy enough, the burners often started sputtering. I have no idea why they left it so open on the backside other than maybe to save on material/cost/ weight. The other issue is the catch pan located below the burner compartment is rather small and the drip pan moves easily. If not careful the two can become misaligned and you'll end up with grease missing the catch pan. Other than that I thoroughly like the grill. I've been using it regularly for about 6 weeks.
