On the first of the two ordered, I had trouble lining up the screw threads with the holes to bolt the two pieces together. But with a little extra force and pulling, it fit on. I found the (2) black round cap nut / covers to be extremely fragile and easy to break with a wrench or plyers. But they had to be over-tightened in order for the two iron pieces not to "bend" in the middle. Overall a nice look and very sturdy and what I was expecting. Next Spring I will be planting Jasmine vines in front of them.

I love it! Very classical looking. I have always wanted a black wrought iron gate, but don’t live somewhere that I can have one. Putting this in my garden instantly transformed it into a sophisticated setting. Substantial and well made, but easy to put together and handle.

I got two if these trellis to help with some climbing roses in my rose garden.They arrived safely and without damage. Assembly was very easy - just fastening the upper to the lower and adding a finial.The metal these are made of is sturdy and heavy duty, unlike the metal used in box store trellises.That, plus it is quite tall and has a classic design aesthetic. Those are the reasons I chose this particular trellis.I reduced to four stars for two reasons:1. It isn't sturdy when placed in the ground. It wobbles, and I had to add some heavy duty U shaped rebar to hold it down.2. The paint is inconsistent. Some areas are still bare metal while other areas are overpainted. It also scratches very easily and had scuff marks all over the metal when I unboxed it.Other than that, it is far better than the types I can buy locally. The price point is 2x of those however. If I had to buy it again, I would.

I bought the 86" trellis. It is so beautiful it takes my breath away! Worth every penny.

It was very easy to assemble. I just am not sure how to get it into the ground so that’s my next objective. I liked it so much I bought a second one. I decided to buy two to make more of a gated look for the second purchase. Sadly it has already rusted.

This trellis was easy to put together. The only problem was with the screw on top. It would not tighten, but is not a problem. Using the trellis for a climbing hydrangea.

I wish I had ordered the taller trellis, but I am very satisfied with the quality of this item.

Arrived quickly and was well packaged. Arrived in 3 pieces, the lower portion which would be placed in the ground, the top section which screws onto the lower portion, and the top arrow that slides into a tube at the very top which you tighten the screw to hold it in place. Well inside that tube the arrow slides into and where the screw was had a burr on the inside of the tube. Lucky for me I’m a handy girl and had protective eyewear, a drill and drill bits for metal so was able to drill out the inside of tube and remove the burrs that were preventing that arrow from slipping all the way into the receptacle so that I could fasten it properly with the screw. Took me less than 5 min to rectify the problem. Other than that, it was perfect. I love it, it’s beautiful and would order it again.

The product is lovely however from ground level it's only 4 feet the bolts are poor quality.The metal legs are flimsy and tubular.

Leider nur 2 Sterne. Es gab erhebliche Probleme mit dem Zusammenbau obwohl es nur aus zwei Teilen besteht. Die Verbindungsstifte waren schräg eingesetzt, die Bohrungen mit dem Gewinde nicht in gleicher Höhe und in schräger unterschiedlicher Richtung. So unmöglich sie zu verschrauben. Ich habe neue durchgehende Bohrungen machen müssen und dann mit durchgehenden Messingschrauben und selbstsichernden Muttern zusammen gefügt. Als beruflicher Schreiner, mit sehr gutem Werkzeug, bei der unhandlichen Größe und den dünnen Röhrchen, war es eine dreiviertel Stunde Arbeit. Ohne gutes Werkzeug gar nicht möglich. Auch ein sehr guter Heimwerker hätte viel Mühe gehabt. Wer allerdings mit dem einfachen zusammenstecken ohne es zu verschrauben zufrieden ist, dann kann er es kaufen. Das Gitter ist sehr schön und war erstklassig verpackt.

Nun ja. Ich war doch sehr verwundert, dass die zwei Metallteilen, die ziemlich genau gleich groß sind, nur durch zwei winzige Schrauben gesichert und zusammengehalten werden. Das kann auf Dauer eigentlich nicht gut gehen. Schon gar nicht wenn das Rankgitter als solches genutzt werden soll und Wind und Wetter ständig ausgesetzt ist.Die Optik ist aber ganz nett. Der Antikcharakter kommt gut an und ist auch nicht zu kitschig oder altmodisch.Alles in Allem sieht das Produkt gut aus, ist aber weniger gut verarbeitet und instabil. Mehr als drei Sterne kann ich hierfür nicht vergeben.

The second pair I purchased had a slight rust trace in the protected end and was more difficult to get together. Overall the look great.
