UPDATED- Customer service was able to get in touch with me and is sending out a new pump from the manufacturer. I appreciate this very much.I had put off reviewing this product until we had a chance to give it some good use. In less than 3 months, the pump went out. That being said, we still weren't mad about it because it gets used a lot. I cam on here to order a replacement pump and STILL have not been able to locate one. Customer Service told me to contact them, but there is NO WHERE to do that. They finally sent a link to contact them, but the link only takes me back to the original item, not a contact or any help.The item, good for the price.Customer service....meh

This product was used three times the electric motor fried. Not worth the cardboard. It came in. I purchased two of them. Use the second one for antifreeze, same outcome motor is fried !!! Tried to contact seller no response. Tried to contact Amazon no response. Very disappointed. I have 34 gallons of oil with no way to get it out of the pans.

If you’re looking for a great, durable, fairly priced oil drain, look no further. Seems sturdy enough to withstand medium duty use and works great. Holds a lot of oil. Thanks!
