It's OK
The gloves supplied wouldn't even fit my petite wife, might have fitted an 8 year old so they went in the bin.I haven't used the impact wrench as for the odd tyre change it isn't worth it, once the bolts are loosened they can soon be twisted out with your fingers and should ideally be tightened with a torque wrench. Maybe if you're removing several wheels it would be worthwhile. The jack is good but I had it jamb up on me once which involved using another jack so I could get it out.Good job I wasn't broken down on the road. This may have been caused by a slight movement in the vehicle as it was lowered. As there is a large ground bearing base to the jack, if there is any movement the jack cannot move or lean with the vehicle, so a very small movement can be enough to jamb the jack. The tyre pump works well although the gauge markings being analogue are not so precise as a digital meter. It's an expensive purchase for the occasional tyre change but if you need a jack, pump and wrench for more intense work it's OK. At 8Kg it's also a heavy bit of kit if you are planning on carrying it in your vehicle. Horses for courses though, your decision.

Drained my car battery and the wrench was pathetically weak.
Due to arthritis in my wrists I wanted to make my life a lot easier when needing to Jack the car up and so bought this. Delivery was great but the product wasn’t! I needed to replace abs sensors on both rear wheels and not a long job at all. Used this following the instructions and raised the car. (I should point out before continuing that my car battery is less than a month old and the previous one was the original battery that lasted for ten years). To begin with I was impressed by its weight, apparent sturdiness and the case it came with. Raising the car was slow but it did the job and I did like how easy it was to adjust the height with the press of a button. Once raised I unplugged the power cord from the machine to make sure it remained in position. I then tried to use the electric wrench it came with, but it hadn’t the power to undo the wheel nuts so I had to resort to human power.Sensor and wheel replaced in ten minutes, lowered the car “slowly” and set about doing the other side. Same slow movement but eventually raised the car and then lowered it once the other sensor was replaced. Lowering the car was much slower now which surprised me because it must be remembered that the Jack was only connected to the car’s 12V supply for less than a total of 8-10 minutes in order to raise and lower the car and then disconnected whilst I did the necessary work. It only barely managed to get low enough to remove but in that short space of time it had sucked every ounce of life my new car battery had in it. Not only was I unable to start my VW Passat…at all, there were no lights on the dash. Battery was completely dead! Considering the very small amount of time it was connected to the car I’m amazed it could do this. I had to spend £60 on a jump starter to restart the car, (the car has been fine since it’s restart and I checked the battery afterwards with a voltmeter and it’s back to its former self and hasn’t skipped a beat), an unnecessary extra expense I could have done without. As a result I am returning the car jack and await a full refund. I do not think this car Jack is fit for purpose and I’d be very wary and frankly scared of using it if I had a puncture in the middle of nowhere as I may never get going again.I cannot comment on its use as a tyre inflator as I didn’t use it for that purpose. It’s a lot of money to spend on something I worryingly couldn’t rely on in an emergency.

It has its limitations.
I tried this today to jack my car, change to winter tyres and inflate them.Well to start with, if weight is a measure of quality then you'd be forgiven for thinking this is a QUALITY item, because it weighs in at 8kg. I mean you'd expect it to weigh a bit given it claims to lift 5t.At first glance too it looks quality. I like the fact the plastic blow-moulded case is sturdy and has metal clamps to close it. I was also initially impressed that it had a range of additional extras, including four fuses, air adapters and a window breaker/sealbelt cutting tool.So what's it like in use? Honestly, not as good as I was anticipating having gotten such a good initial impression. The impact wrench is a little less powerful than I was hoping for. I suppose running an impact wrench from a 12v supply has its limitations. The jack works and works well, it's just a little slow. My trolley jack is a far quicker alternative ... if you have one. I did work and worked fine jut a little slow. The tyre inflator (or air compressor) works too and it's fairly quick. The analogue dial gives a good indication of pressures but it's small and thus a bit difficult to read.So that's a few negatives out of the way. More positive points would be to say there's been some thought into the design. The case has a hazard warning reflective triangle on it, as well as some velcro patches so that the case can be attached to your boot floor and hopefully not move around in transit. Again, the inclusion of spare fuses. The light is bright enough to be useful too.So why only 3 stars? Well maybe because I already own tools to do these jobs and they tend to accomplish them in quicker time. However if you only change the occasional wheel once or year or so then perhaps this will serve you well. It certainly won't have you swapping out tyres like a formula 1 team. It does jack cars to a decent height though, enough to get axel stands underneath. It also adjusts well to 4x4 or SUV axel heights. It's solid too with a decent firm footplate. So honestly I'm a little undecided. Perhaps having already alternative, dedicated tools to do these jobs I'm not the target market?Sorry for the middling review but I have to call it as I see it. It's ok and does work. It might be fine for the occasional user too. It certainly takes a little of the manual grunt out of the work. I'll give it a longer time and then probably update this review, which is something I'm fond of doing.
