I tried these sleep aids for 2 nights, and they seem to improve my sleep.

These taste good. Draw backs are that the gummies do tend to clump together and stick to the bottom of the bottle. I can’t attest to potency since I am under incredible stress, but I’m not stopping to find out if things would be even worse without them.

I've only been taking it for a couple of days so far, but here are my thoughts. Its a bit gummy for a gummy vitamin and tends to get stuck in my teeth, so I take it with a glass of water. The flavor is generic blueberry.I noticed a difference the first day. I'm still not sure if the effect is psychosomatic or not. I did not sleep longer, but I did feel more refreshed after sleeping. I seem to be more alert, while at the same time less stressed. I am taking one gummy in the morning, then one in the evening. I also noticed that my urge to eat late at night seems to be lowered.Again, I've only been taking these for 2 days, so not sure if these are real effects yet, but cautiously optimistic.Edit: I've now been taking these for about a month. One in the morning, one in afternoon. There is a definite, significant difference in my moods. I work in a very high stress job and this definitely takes the edge off. I've lost about 6 pounds as I am not eating at much during meals, and not eating as much late at night. Just ordered my second bottle, worth every penny in my opinion!

Been using it for 7 days with no fail and have not seen any difference, will keep using it for a month and update...Also , its a smart move to print FDA on the package to mislead the people to think its FDA approved, but its in there because its MADE into an FDA approved facility , the product itself is NOT FDA approved.

I like these for the dose size but for me the whole point of paying more for gummy vs a powder is defeated because they are a single sticky blob that must be pulled apart. Not convenient.Would order again if they weren't stuck together.
