It does what it says
Excellent pole , good screw in fixings . Ok I suppose when you are using it at its full length it sways a bit but seriously I expected nothing less. The blade is awesome. I trimmed about 10 branches 5mtr plus in length and upto 3ins thick maybe a little more . Take it nice and slow and it works a treat. It would have cost my £500 or more to get a tree surgeon out . So I'm well chuffed . Once the main branch is down I went back and trimmed the branch on the tree . Nice job

Wow it cut through an oak tree branch very easily.
Well I am now in my 70s and found this an excellent tool to work with. Very little warp on the pole and if you make sure you are at the correct angle as per instructions, the saw soon cuts a groove and with steady strokes cuts through large branches. 3 inch diameter branches are easy to cut. The bade, very firm, is so designed with a form of claw at both ends that you don't have to worry about it slipping from the branch. And wow! The height you can reach to is most impressive. Great tool

Efficient blade, very strong pole system.
Liked the sturdiness, even with all pole sections deployed. Although the cutting is easy if you saw gently, the fully deployed unit requires some strength and control to position the blade. Found it highly efficient to use, very pleased.

The blade.
Good hight polls are good for grip but the blade is sharp but not sturdy. Had to get a black Smith to put a back bone on the blade to stop it fish tailing.

Very useful saw for managing our trees
I and my Father have been using this saw for some time now. We're both very happy with it. I have used it multiple times to cut fairly large branches off our trees. This includes using it at the full length. I am much happier using this saw from the ground than being up a ladder and close to the branch I am sawing. It has already paid for itself due to its usefulness.

See through the negative reviews
This is an excellent product for the price. Maybe not professional quality, but perfectly suited to occasional home gardener use. Obviously if you use it a maximum extension, it’s going to be a flexible and tricky to get the blade where you want. But with a little effort, it is possible and much safer than the alternatives. The trick is realise that the blade only cuts on the pull stroke. That way the thin blade goes taught. Those that said the blade was too flimsy didn’t get that. I’ve cut many 3” plus branches this summer and it’s done a great job at the fraction of the price of a contractor. Plus I have the tool, if more work needs doing. Tip: Wear a hard hat!
