If you've ever used a Neti Pot as a saline rinse or other (for example NeilMed) you will find this pre-mixed spray is easier to use, no mixing, and the formulation is just right with no stinging or burning or etc. It's a good value if you only need an occasional nasal rine and works very well.

This is very good for stuffy noses. And it keeps working for a long time. And there's hardly any taste to it.

I bought it to use as saline flush during allergy season, or for humidity during the heating season. It is easy to use, compact, gives a good spray. I tried other brands, but the nozzle wasn't as easy to point, & the sprayer would get clogged. This works well.

I have two small children that track home all-the-colds. I mentioned this to my ENT who recommended this saline spray, saying there is evidence they offer some prevention of the transmission of colds. This is purely correlation, and purely anecdotal, and not medical advice, but I have observed since using this spray (7 months in at this point), I have only had 1 cold compared to the literal litany of colds everyone else in my family has had so, spray on!

I'VE USED THE ARM & HAMMER BEFORE, WITH THE EXTRA STRENGTH ADDITIVES....DIDN'T CARE FOR IT. THIS PLAIN PRODUCT HAD NO CRAZY SALTY TASTE BUT IS VERY EFFECTIVE AND CLEANING OUT MY SINUSES. ON THOSE DAYS WHEN YOU FEEL SHORT OF BREATH BECAUSE OF SINUS STOPPED UP.... THIS CAN CHANGE YOUR WORLD. THE PLAIN "OCEAN SPRAY" SALINE SPRAYS ALSO WORK.....BUT THIS WORKS MUCH FASTER AND DEEPER. ON NIGHTS WHEN I REALLY NEED A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP....I WILL USE IT PREIMTIVELY A FEW HOURS BEFORE BEDTIME.
