AMAZING!!U may see my previous review regarding a part missing - the customer service from this was outstanding! We were contacted & a new part was sent within hours & on a Sunday! 5 out 5 for customer service 5 out 5 for product would definitely recommend

Simple to use
Living in an extremely hard water area, this is a fabulous bit of kit. Bit pricy for what it is, but the results counteract that. I had been descaling the hot tub motor weekly, but this resulted in the entire tub water circulating, diluting the product and the limescale flowing out into the tub as it cleared. At times it was like sitting on rough terrain in there. This little device literally flushes the system. Cap the motor off from the tub, descale away, the limescale is caught, put the tub back together, rough terrain gone. Worth the price if you have hard water.

Received an error code on my waves unit, bought this and have just used the amount its pulled through was astounding very impressed

Poor product
I have used the following product twice and it has still not removed the scale from the heater. Still getting loads of bits in the bottom of the hot tub.
