Great resistance bands!
So I lift weights sometimes to keep in shape. I have a maintenance job that requires me to be in decent shape. I am getting on in years and sometimes weights are a bore! Lol! You have to push through those times. However, having these "stretchy bands" to mix things up a bit and continue to work out actually has been quite beneficial. I still get a great work out if done correctly, I can take them with me when weights are not an option, and if you put enough of them together, one might over-challenge themselves. I can work through a range of motions that free weights are not suited for. I don't have to be concerned about dropping weights on my body if I fail out and a spotter is not available. Everything has their purpose. Weights are great. Stretchy bands gives one a lot of latitude to work with. It depends on what you need. These are great and they will last awhile if you take care of them. Purchasing another set soon!

I liked it for the most part
For the good:The book had good visuals, set up for a workout routine, went over the several different styles of resistance bands. This book shows a good routine that does not require you to go to the gym. It also gives you variations and detail description of each exercise. I was able to go through the book easily in one day and see several exercises that I will be adding into my routine.The two negatives would of that for this book I would of like the Word Wise and Sticky Notes to be active. If they were active it would have made the book easier to read and I would have given it 5-stars.

OK for the low price
A number of illustrated excercises. Well explained. I lacked more info how to design your own workout program, how I can apply these excercises to my specific needs.

Well written and thorough
I purchased the print version so I have no issues with the pictures being difficult to see or the print small. The book is well edited and arranged so you can easily turn to the sections you need to see. I am very pleased with the book, I am no stranger to using resistance bands, but this book provided me with more exercises that I was familiar with. There are no workout plans here which does not detract from the book and provides more pages for the actual exercises. If you need actual plans there are many books on Amazon for that or free ones on line. Good Purchase, no regrets.

Not ideal for kindle. Many options
What I like. There are many options. You'll get your full instructions with nice graphics.What can be better?The layout is not ideal for kindle. Luckily the graphics and exercises work well.There should be groups of exercises. Day one do this, day two this and day three that.

Awesome workout book!
I love how comprehensive this book is and that it focuses on resistance band workouts. It's pretty much everything you need to know without any fluff. Highly recommend if you're into resistance band training!

Great Beginner's Guide to Resistance Band Workouts
I have been using primarily resistance band workouts for the past few years and have gained a tremendous amount of not just strength but endurance and improved fast twitch muscles for my primary sport (mma). I feel strong and loose, unlike when I lifted a lot of weights and felt tight most of the time.For someone just getting started, or has reached a plateau with their workouts or motivation, this is a great low cost way to get back on the horse.

Some good ideas on working with bands.
It is hard to find a decent book on resistance bands. The author has illustrated a number of lifts, however it does not name which muscles are being worked. They do give you some other options to vary each exercise so it is very helpful.

Lots of variety and explanations to the exercises in this book. Also a good guide on how and what to do!

Great information on resistance band workouts!
This books provides great illustrative exercises using a resistance band for almost any muscle of the body.What I liked particularly about the book was that it also offered two different difficulty levels for everyexercise. People who love to workout at home will find many useful and practicalexercises that are doable and practical.

Can only be used as a memory aid to train various muscle types, don't expect pointers or details, guess that is OK given the very low price.
