They did everything right. The lights were well packaged; they put a card in the box giving the 1 year warranty information with their contact information (I suggest keeping); When I left the one star review because half the strand stopped working but that they were beautiful and I would probably buy again, they politely contacted me and offered a refund. They didn't have to do that - the sale had already happened. I was impressed. They then worked with me to arrange an exchange, which is what I preferred because I liked the lights. I feel they went above and beyond to make the sale right. From the time they contacted me until I received the replacement was less than 7 days. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Sorry Mineton for the original one star. You did everything right. I should have kept the card with your contact info that came with the lights and given you a chance to fix.They deserve 5 stars for standing behind their product, communicating, and following through with me until I was satisfied.

Very nice. Loved the copper color and bright lights. I used this to accent a wall hanging. Perfect. I do not like battery items and this was great having a plug in. I added a timer and now it glows every evening. I would order this again.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve purchased two other sets of lights for 8 outdoor wreaths- both battery powered with timers and both this 4.5 star reviews- and they both sucked sooooo bad. Dimmed, died, flickered and stopped working within days. These lights are GLORIOUS. Yes- they must be plugged in but the super long, thin cord makes that fairly easy. I can easily close the cord in my window while still locking the window and plug each strand in inside. They are very durable. I’ve had them running outside in the New England elements 24/7 since thanksgiving and they have had absolutely zero issues. The wire makes manipulating them exactly how you want them extra easy. The color is nice and warm. They are led so they will never give that candlelight of old school lights but these are bright while still adding warmth. The only downside is that they have a tendency to tangle so work slowly with them and you will be good.

I’ve purchased these particular lights in the past and they’ve been great. Mellow warm white light and use of the separate remote allows me to reduce the light intensity. Perfect for the locations where we use them.This new string is super white bright light and there is no remote. They’ve placed a push button on the power plug that lets you change from solid to blinking to flashing to racing…..to nothing that I want! If you want or need super bright white lights for some area, go for it. The product information states that they are waterproof so maybe I’ll put them outside for winter cheer.Eantime, I’ve ordered an alternate brand that does include a remote and will allow me to reduce the light intensity. This new string is $5 more but will hopefully better suit our needs.They’re all made you know where so I guess I get what I pay for 🥹
