4" Warner 34690 Big Blade Scraper Multipurpose Scrapers

Works well for removing wallpaper and scraping. Sharp blade with spares that you can store in the handle. I also like the protective cover for storing safely.

I bought this to scrap peeling paint from the side of my house in preparation for painting. I like that it attaches to an extension pole for the hard to reach areas of my two story home. It has been sturdy and has scrapped the old paint easily. I have not used it very long so I don't know if it will hold up overtime, but for now I like it.

Best scraper I ever owned. I used it to scrape old vinyl off sub floor and to even out some rough spots before painting a wall. Very sturdy and versatile. Easy to angle to prevent gouging.

Warner may be an American company, but this is a Chinese (PRC) made tool. I would have paid more for a Warner version made in the US. I have two jobs for this tool, and will update this review with the tool's performance.

Used this for scraping paint off old brick house with and without paint stripper. They scrape without warping blades and don’t dig into soft brick in corner of blade like others do. Used all different kinds of tools (over $150 worth) to strip paint and none came close to this. The screws do strip easily so be careful and buy extras for a buck so you don't get left hanging.

After scraping masking tape off my floor, looked around for what else it can do. Works perfectly to cut stubborn deep heavy roots in my garden. Long handle, so I don't have to bend. The blade is sharp so I made quite a dent without killing my back. It can't handle old thick roots of a dead pepper tree, but softer stuff yes. Working on an ancient Oleander. Have new blades, so I'll use those for precision scraping. Love my tool!

A great example of a company that never sold out and still takes pride in offering high quality tools at a fair price . Still making tools in the USA and able to be competitive with overseas manufacturers. I am proud to have several Warner tools in my work bag. This is great tool. Versatile and easy to change the blade. You know you just cant go wrong purchasing any tool made by this company and this is no exception. The feature they have added which allows you to thread this on to an extension pole is a nice upgrade. I recommend you also consider the Warner blades for this tool. Solid five stars for this tool.

This is perfectly fine as a handheld scraper, but it is terrible if you plan to use it with a pole, which is the exact reason that I purchased it. The thread for the pole is open-ended, which means that it will keep turning once you've screwed it in all of the way. As a result, the pole moves freely and you can't get any leverage on the scraper, which is super important when scraping. The design is quite frankly unforgivable and makes the item useless when utilized in this way. Please note, that it works excellently as a handheld scraper, so if you plan to use it in this fashion only, go for it.
