Those socks look opaque, but on the foot, they became almost invisible (nude color). Silky feel, good stretch, not "riding down" in the shoes, like some other socks. Reinforced toe and not ridiculously thin. So far, I am happy and will buy this brand again.

Rating the features was hard...they aren't super sheer, but I didn't want super sheer, so they are excellent for what I wanted. They are not completely opaque, but just right. They stretch just right. I've got bigger ankles and they fit just fine. They don't roll down or slip and slide. They are actually very comfortable, however because I do have larger ankles (not huge, but I'm not skinny) they leave a ringed indentation in my skin when I take them off after 5-8 hours of wearing them.OK, that was just for why I rated them 4-star for the features.I rated them 5-star overall. I did not have any trouble with snagging or running like some others mentioned in their reviews. I've worn them with boots, sandals & shoes. Even shoes with zippers. These are great! I will continue to buy them!

pleasantly surprised at the high quality after buing some other brands earlier. Smooth, strong, perfect fit. Will buy again when I need more.

I do like how they look, and how comfortable they are. There is some quality control issues with stitching being inconsistent but that doesn’t bother me too much. I do think this set is a great value for the price

I chose the "cotton sole" socks and they are fantastic! The stretch is good, not overly stretchy though and might be a little tight for ladies with bigger ankles. I am plus-sized, but my ankles are not as big - I took one star off the stretchiness because I felt the ankles might be tight for some. Also, I wear a size 8 ladies shoe. The sock is the perfect length for me, but might be too small if you wear anything larger than a 9 or10 lady's shoe. The cotton sole is fantastic and does not slide around like regular stocking or knee-high socks do when wearing with a bootie. The height of the sock is perfect under the higher booties (would not work for the low-cuts unless you don't care that the sock is visible) and protects my ankle nicely (no rubbing).

I ordered 2 10 packs Nov. 15, 2017. It is Nov. 29th 2018 today, and I have about 4 pairs left. I bought them because my feet get cold in the office (I wear flats or pumps), and I just needed a thin layer between them and the office air.Fit: I wear an 8-8.5 shoe, my foot is a little wide. I’m not skinny, but I wouldn’t say I have larger ankles, but my calves are always just a tad too big for knee-high boots (just to give a little visual of my foot/leg type).The socks only go up to the ankle as described, they fit my foot, but were tight on my ankles. I still wore them almost everyday and they were okay.Comfort: They were tight only on the ankle and they never stretched out... but i still wore them and I kind of just ignored the tightness until I got home from work. If you wear then for a long time you’ll start to feel it. I had little lines on my ankles from them when I got home from an 8 hour day...Stability in shoe: These don’t have any grippies so they are slippery inside of shoes. I wouldn’t wear them with heels. I did wear them everyday with flats, loafers, or even with tennis shoes like Keds or Vans and they were fine. Perfect for those shoes that are *getting* too tight but you are ready to let them go yet.Their Look: I would say my feet are like a pale caramel color (my feet are a lot lighter than my body lol, The rest of me is like a milk chocolate-ish color). I ordered the tan, and they actually blended in really well. I wore them at the Gyno and she freaked out for a sec cuz she didn’t realize I had socks on...it was an awkward but hilarious moment. They are sheer AND opaque...it’s hard to explain but if you have like scars or some other stuff going on with your ankles or foot it’d be hard to see through the sock. Most people didn’t know I was wearing socks unless they were for some reason really paying attention to my feet and saw then wrinkles that happen to fabric when you have your foot bent angled.Durability: For some reason, even if I clip and file my finger or toe nails, they always still catch on things, these socks are no exception. I started out with like 22 pairs because I ordered 2 boxes and I think they came with a bonus pair in each. I am now down to about 4 pairs because of the catching of the toenails issue, ripping the socks near the seams. If you are a person who does not usually have that problem, it probably won’t be an issue for you.I will say they wash well. I didn’t do anything special, just put them in with all the rest of my laundry and they came out fine. One pair got kind of stained, not sure how. I’m sure if I scrubbed it in Shout it would come out. But it was only one pair. I let a friend have a pair, she’s a lot lighter than me, but despite our skin tone difference they matched her well too.Over all: I do wish they had a thicker or even a cotton option (I would try their “thicker” option but they only have beige). I love wearing flats (they make my foot look cute and slender) but my feet get so cold. These socks did good job of at least being a small barrier for the air, and would be good for someone who doesn’t get as chilly as I do. But they are also great just for being a barrier between your shoes and your feet (so your flats don’t get all nasty and sweaty from your feet).My score is mostly for the tight ankles and the lack of grips. But I honestly might buy them again cuz I haven’t found anything better.

Exactly what I was looking for! The thickness is perfect, doesn’t make my feet sweat. Height is also perfect, doesn’t stick out of my boots I’m wearing them with. Elastic is tight on top so the sock doesn’t slip down. Yay! I’ve been looking for so long for something to replace my worn out old boot socks and i am thrilled.

These socks are perfect! They are sheer but feel durable and the elastic band is wide and comfortable and stays in place without feeling tight. I recommend!
