Needs editing
I think many of the techniques are very good. However, the kindle edition at least was so poorly written that I almost stopped reading it. It was confusing and I didn't need that! I reported errors in the writing over and over and places that just didn't make sense.

You can prevent overthinking!
In this book you learn all about overthinking such as ten signs that you’re an overthinker, overthinking and mental health, what causes overthinking, how it can affect work, relationships, and tips and tricks to help stop overthinking. Some of the signs include overanalyzing, spending more time thinking than actually being productive, you always expect the worst, and more. Becoming aware that you’re an overthinker is the first step in making a change. I like the section that includes 14 strategies for avoiding overthinking such as becoming aware of when you are stuck in your head, mindfulness, making time for reflection, putting things into context, stop waiting for everything to be perfect, and more. These are great tips, as it’s really easy to get stuck in your head, worrying and ruminating, and losing track of what is really at hand. There are other strategies you can use when making decisions to try to help stop overthinking such as only allowing a certain amount of time to think about something, taking a break, letting go of perfectionism, and more. There are so many great tips in this book to help! This is definitely one I plan to read again to help my own overthinking.

Junk!
This book is rewritten or something because right when I started reading it I noticed typos & broken English...I couldn't make sense of what I was reading at all. Disappointing becuz I really wanted to read it. Returned it for a refund.

I will take a lot from this book!
Although the many grammatical errors distracted me at times, I really enjoyed this book! I loved that not only were there relatable topics throughout the book, but also the fact that there were strategies and interventions to help disrupt unhelpful patterns. Providing examples to some of the strategies was also wonderful! Thank you so much!
