I have finished my first tub of this creatine after taking it daily for overall health and weightlifting benefits. A short while after starting, after the loading phase, I did notice a slight boost in energy and stamina. I do not lift for strength directly, but have noticed that I tire less during sets. The primary benefit of this is that it did not upset my stomach at all. I will note that texture and taste is similar to other brands I have tried, it might mix slightly better but is still a little grainy. Overall, I would recommend this over standard creatine mainly if you have a sensitive stomach.

Cost effective for sure, especially when compared with other brands. And excellent product. Is a tasteless powder, easy to mix in a shake. Has a convenient measuring scoop, I just drink a bit of water and pour it in my mouth with the water when I'm rushed for time. Doesn't taste good, but its a plain powder and can be mixed easily or just swallowed quickly. In regards to it's usefulness, it is awesome. I definitely noticed a difference in my recovery time and in turn my motivation and results while exercising. Will continue to purchase this product.

For exercise to improve endurance and muscle strength. Topical taste. Better to mix with other flavor if you do not like the taste.

Good creatine for the price. But needs to be shipped in a box. This one had to be close to exploding.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve tried other products that left an aftertaste, but this one is truly tasteless and blends seamlessly with water or any other liquid. While I haven’t noticed a significant increase in strength, I can feel a difference in my energy levels and find it easier to get restful sleep. Visually, I can see that my muscles are retaining more water. Overall, I’m really impressed with this supplement and would recommend it to anyone looking to add a reliable, easy-to-use option to their diet and workout routine.

I dont know who needs to hear this but it dissolves completely in hot coffee. That is literally the only thing I wanted from a creatine supplement.
