This is a really good product. I really do enjoy it although I have a hard time with ingesting pills in ingesting pills of this quantity that’s just my issue but it helps. It helps a lot.

I am big on nootropics and Lions Mane has been one of those supplements I take. I can definitely sense the difference when taking this, it almost feels like my memory is warmed up and ready to be used. I usually dont have issues with taking supplements so I cant quite comment on the taste of it except that its in a capule and easy to swallow.

I don't feel like myself without lion's mane. Holy grail supplement.The Whole Foods brand supplements are great because they don't have any other mushrooms in them like most mushroom supplements do. I try to avoid other mushrooms because lion's mane is the only mushroom supplement that has no documented health risks.
