The media could not be loaded. My min pin is a little devil to cut his nails. He is the sweetest dog, but when you try to cut his nails or touch his feet in general, he turns into a crazy dog, and even tries to nip a little, which is totally unlike him he never ever bites. I have struggled with either not being able to get to the groomer to get them cut regularly, the catastrophe of trying to do it myself, and just the cost of taking him in general. I wish I had this year’s ago, and with my previous dog as well.!!! A total game changer. As soon as I hung them up in the shower, he knew he had been gotten. He was totally limber and did not even try to struggle because he knew that he was helpless lol it’s the quickest I’ve ever caught his nails. They were done in two minutes, and I even got to do the dewclaws ( usually by the time I get the others done I say f**k it out of frustration) so they usually don’t get done every time. AND I even use the file to file them down.. the groomer never does as good of a job filing as I would like, and when I have tried to do it once again, it’s too hard to even cut them. By the time I get done with all the nails it’s a mutual feeling between my dog and I that we are done and then a sharp nails usually cut my legs when he jumps up to get my attention. On so many levels this has brought relief it worked so well!The only thing that I will say compared to other ones that I saw online, if your dog is a squirmer, you may want to get those little clips for keychains and put it between the loops and the part that hangs up top. It didn’t seem as secure as other contraptions but once again, I had no trouble he would really have to flail to get them off and since his legs are swinging in the air, it’s basically impossible once you get them suspended for them to get out of it, or to rock the boat enough to get the hanging loops off from the hooks. Overall an amazing product I recommend to anyone. I was glad I chose the fleece over the other ones because he seemed to slink into it. The other ones look Stiff. Once I put them in this, he seem to farm fit into it like a marsupial in a pouch. LOL AND THERE WAS DEFINITELY SOME LAUGHS. I COULD NOT HELP BUT FALL APART WATCHING HIM DANGLE THERE RIDICULOUSLY!

My little Min-Pin hates getting his nails trimmed. We could barely manage it with two people. This dog grooming harness worked perfectly and made it simple to trim his nails. It includes a nail clipper and file. It was soft, comfortable and fit him perfectly; he’s about 17 pounds. The harness is very sturdy and secure. It slipped over his legs easily. I actually used an over the door 6 hook hanger to hold him up; the loops slipped right over a couple of the hooks. This made it more secure and held him up against the smooth door, so he couldn’t squirm or fight. This also put him at chest level, so I could easily reach his paws. After a couple of minutes, he settled right down and I trimmed his nails with no problem. This is definitely worth the price.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered a Small for my 23 pound female pug. It arrived but only included the hammock and the metal hangers. There were no clippers or files. I only needed the hammock, so that wasn't a huge deal breaker for me but it's worth noting.I'm mostly happy with this purchase. It did what it needed to do and allowed me to grind my pug's nails on all four paws in less than 2 minutes with NO SCREAMING OR WHINING. Anyone with pugs knows this is basically a world record.The fit was fine for my 23 pound broad-chested pug but I'd need the next size up if she were much bigger. She didn't love being in it once the nail trimming started, but she didn't seem uncomfortable hanging in it (just a little confused).I had a little trouble getting the vest on her before hanging since there's no velcro closure and she's wiggly. I had to put her on her back on my lap and get her legs through the holes and pick her up without her squirming out. This was a little tricky for one person to manage but it was doable.Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and would recommend it. It's not the best one out there but it works and is a decent value for the price.

For years, we haven't been able to trim our beagle's nails because she immediately screams bloody murder when she knows why we're touching her paws, and she would wiggle out of our arms violently if we tired to trim her nails. We have a boxer/ Aussie mix and we've been trimming his nail since he was a puppy, no problem cutting his nails, at all. So I just needed a solution of not relying on taking her to the groomers if I could. This hammock worked brilliantly. I got her a size small hammock, and she was able to fit her legs in. I hoisted her up to a spare rolling clothes rack pole we had (it stayed stable for her), she didn't fight it like if we held her. She looked concerned, but she stayed quiet while I was able to trim her nails. She didn't even try to wiggle out, so I was pretty happy with the outcome.

my pug is really nervous about me touching her feet and would not let me dremmel her nails sitting on the couch like my boston terrier. i bought this and hand her from the shower rod and it is soooo much easier! she is much calmer and i actually do both dogs' nails this way now. the material is so soft and gently hammocks the puppers. i will never do their nails on the couch again!

definitely not for chihuahuas, unless they're unusually calm! Was very difficult with mine. Gave it to a friend who uses it successfully with her chiweenie.
