This thing is badass been contemplating getting an SD for awhile now and reading and watching tests and reviews finally pulled the trigger and got a new SD kit and absolutely love it. Packs a real punch is a blast to plink with and handgun train with and hope I will never have to use it for defense but it sure inspires confidence once you shoot it a few times and get used to it. High quality product has a great feel too it good weight and balance nothing but good to say about these.

I had one of the projectiles break open the CS and OC. Gas powder is very effective.

One came broken and had me and brother sneezing and coughing but at least we know they work.

Just bought five to pop in a spare mag for emergencies. They must be effective because I was coughing just from loading them, so make sure you are somewhere you can clean up quick and have a good place to store them. Quality and safety seem fine, I think just some residual dust inside the tube when you open it from shipping.

Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with the products I recently purchased from your company. I bought two Burma SD launchers—one for my wife and one for my mother. While I was initially disappointed to learn that there were no meaningful rounds sold with this item, I accepted it and proceeded to purchase your new Max pepper balls, spending over $100. Unfortunately, this purchase has resulted in multiple dangerous incidents due to what I believe to be a defective product. Upon receiving my order, I opened the packaging only to be immediately exposed to a face full of white dust from an apparently compromised pepper ball. This incident left me incapacitated and required immediate cleanup, during which I was exposed to the irritant a second time. Despite the ordeal, I proceeded to load the launchers, believing this was an isolated issue caused during shipping. However, the problem persisted. While driving my wife’s car, I removed the magazine from the launcher and was again met with a cloud of white dust, completely contaminating my vehicle. This resulted in another severe exposure to the irritant, requiring three and a half hours of extensive cleaning to remove the substance, during which I was exposed yet again. At this point, it is clear that the product is defective and poses a significant hazard. The pepper balls appear to be compromised, rendering them not only ineffective but dangerous to handle. This is unacceptable for a self-defense product meant to provide security rather than cause harm to the user. Given the serious nature of these incidents, I request the following: A full refund for the defective Max pepper balls. Compensation for the damage caused to my vehicle and the time spent on cleanup. A resolution ensuring that future customers do not encounter the same dangerous defect. If no satisfactory action is taken, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by filing a formal consumer complaint and pursuing legal action against your company for distributing unsafe products. I hope to resolve this issue amicably and look forward to your prompt response regarding how you plan to address this matter.
