Hello. I bought these ear buds but now i am facing a problem that both the earbuds are not connecting to each other. What can I do??

Power them off by pressing on sensor pf left ear bud for 5 sec and then place them in the case after few sec take them out and it not tuned on automatically then press and hold each bud for 5 sec . Hope this will resolve your issue
