Easy to assemble, very comfortable. A great buy!
I'm pretty hard on desk chairs, and the one I had (much more expensive, bought at an office furniture store) just wasn't cutting it. This arrived in pieces (e.g., had to put together), but it was pretty simple to assemble. They even provided two allen wrenches and a screwdriver! Had it together in 30 minutes. The chair is very comfortable, makes it easy to sit at my desk (I spend 8 - 10 hours a day in front of a computer), as well as lean back and relax. Bottom is solid, but comfortable. Back is mesh, and has a good lower back support. Headrest doesn't come into play very often, except when I lean back (thinking deep thoughts... ;-) ). And, I got it for almost 50% off retail (~$150)!! I have another office where I have an Aeron chair, and I must say this is just as comfortable as that one...maybe more so, for 1/10th the price! A great buy. We'll see how it holds up over time, but for now I'm very pleased.Features:Height is adjustableThree different set back positions (you can't just recline the back to a position and set it there - there are three pre-set reclining set points), in addition to completely flexible (e.g., lean back to the limit)Arm rests are adjustable three different ways - front to back, up and down, and side to side (makes it much easier to adjust for my keyboard!)

Confusing instruction diagram
I ordered it for my wife who works from home all day four days a week. She likes it. My son, who helped me assemble it, thinks the seat is a little too stiff, but my wife prefers that way. I think it is a bit stiff, but may be good for your back that way. Assembling it is a little bit tricky and confusing. It is good that the package includes all the necessary tools -- two hex wrenches and one screw driver. There are four different types of screws, but the diagram doesn't do a good job of clearly distinguishing them. They came in separate zip-lock type bags, but it would be nice to label them so that one can easily identify which ones should be used for what. Also, while the diagram shows how may each type of screws are used, they put one extra in each bag. I like the idea of adding one spare for each type, but again it just confused me when I was trying to correspond each bag of screws to ones in the diagram. Another big problem is that the one of the pictures (E) is wrong. In the picture, which shows upside down image of the seat, the lever that adjusts the height is on the left side when you sit down. In reality, the lever is on the opposite side -- your right hand side. This and the fact that the pictures (B, C and E) don't clearly show which side of the seat is front caused me to pause for a few minute. Overall, it is not a difficult assembly, but the diagram/pictures should represent the actual looks of the parts. They could simply take pictures and use them in the diagram/instruction.

Conveniently Comfortable
I used this daily as my office chair. The assembly was very simple; if you can assemble an Ikea product, you can assemble this chair.- Adjustment points all function as intended, and the quality of material seems right in line with this products price point.- Casters roll well on both an area rug, and hardwood floor. I have not noticed any damage to the hardwood floor from the casters.- Lumbar support provides good contact with my back, and seems to be adjustable (though not easily) in height +/- a couple inches.- Mesh material is very breathable, and seems thick enough to be durable.- The coat hanger on the back of the chair is a handy extraIf you are a bit taller, you may want to consider the EM-EC002, as it is framed for individuals with longer than usual torsos. The seller helped work through which model would work best for me (I am 6' 4" with a 33" inseam, so most of my height is in my upper body), and was incredibly responsive to ensure I ended up with the proper fit for my form!

Nice and comfortable.
Chair is comfortable and has decent lumbar support. Doesnt squeak like some of the other reviews were saying. Pretty solid. The only issue is that the head rest kept wanting to slide down. The adjustable part of the head rest is not a part that you put together on installation, but it was easy enough to disassemble and tighten up so it wouldn't just fall to the lowest setting each time.I am happy with the purchase.---couple months later... it does squeek. Not a crazy amount, but could get annoying to some.

Completely satisfied!
I love this chair! It is comfortable, sturdy and easy to assemble. If you can count a few screws and bolts, you can assemble it without problems. The back support system is so simple, yet effective! I would certainly recommend it.

This is an extremely comfortable, fully adjustable chair
This is an extremely comfortable, fully adjustable chair. I love the mesh backing and cloth seat as I have naturally high body heat and this helps out very well, especially in warmer months. I use this as my "gaming" chair and has had many hours of sitting, very durable. Also have received many compliments on it from guests, especially when they find out how cost efficient it is compared to department store equivalents.

Not recommended if you will spend many hours on it.
I am a radiologist that spends 9hrs straight sitting. I literally end up with coccyx pains when I use this chair. The cushion is too firm/thin for long term use. I have now switched to an Office Depot leather chair with more padding which avoids the pain. Otherwise, the chair’s functions are good.

Great Chair!
I am really impressed with the quality of this chair. I read through the reviews of many office chairs and decided to order the Argomax. The instructions were very easy to follow, I assembled it in under 10 minutes. It is very comfortable and my back feels supported. I love how everything is adjustable at just the push of a lever. I'm so glad I took a chance on this chair.
