Is this a genuine Apple or a knock off....

I received a knock off as there was no serial number printed on the adapter. I compared this to the original adapter that came with my 2013 MacBook Pro. Normally, the serial number is printed underneath the North American-styled plug portion of the charger. Its a real shame since it was sold and shipped by Amazon.com

Is this for both the 13" and 15" MBP w/Retina?

This is sized for the 15" laptop, but will also work for the 13" - the higher watt rating means it won't work as hard for the 13". I have several of these and they work fine for our 13" as well as the 15".

How long is the cord?

The thicker cord that goes into the wall outlet is 6' and the thin cord that goes to the computer is 5' 6"

Does this come with the extension cable? If not do you sell it?

Mine also did NOT come with the extension cable. The unit looks like a genuine apple product (all the usual markings) and a genuine apple box (although a much smaller one that they usually come in).
