Bought this as I needed a new hairdryer. The moment I got it, I plugged it in and it didn't work at all so had to send it back. Since I was in the 30 days window, I didn't want to get a replacement. The hairdryer also felt cheap and flimsy.Decided to go with the same brand I had used before and their haridryer lasted me 10 years and had no issues.

Good quality, easy to use brilliant product.

Warning.
Product given as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Hairdryer over heated within a few minutes and stopped working. Tried to use again once cooled down incase there was dust in there and same happened. Contacted seller, no response. A complete waste of money and a disappointed daughter as I had to take it from her for safety reasons.
