GREAT for a workout at home!
Exactly what I was looking for! The belt has a padded sleeve, so it's very comfortable. The cord is covered & has some give.I was surprised by how the resistance increases the workout. Also, since there's no turning at the end of the lane, you can swim without stopping.I use this at home and swim laps at a wellness center. It was fun to see how much this improved my time!

For even the most serious swimmer.
Outperformed my expectations by 10x. I am a life long lap swimmer who put in a backyard pool, yet headed to the Y for my swims. Ordered this belt on a whim and would estimate I now get a full 90% of a work out. Six to eight sets of forty hard strokes and it's a genuine swim. This is my second summer with belt and it's good as new. And no more Y trips (or costs).

Watch waist size. Had to extend it all the way out and it is a little tight. Really like using it!

Great training aid for small pools
Very easy and straight forward to use. Feels comfortable and the length is ideal. Does help to make your swim routines possible in small pools. Just a fee uses so far but the materials are sturdy

It works best in a pool with a good anchoring point
Good quality and sturdy. It has turned my pool into a great swimming pool. It could benefit from an extension to the belt or longer belt

Good for a workout
Just tested this belt and resistance band in my pool this evening. Provided good resistance so I could find a comfortable level of effort. Belt seemed comfortable. Depending on the size of your pool the 4 meter band maybe a little long once it is fully stretched out, but I needed something longer than the two meter options because I was anchoring about a meter and a half beyond the edge of my pool.
