Best Bread Flour!
My family is big on Bob's Red Mill products and this flour is our favorite!! It's hard to find in our local stores so we order it online. This bread flour is not like any other flour we've tried over the years. It makes awesome bread, which we make fresh every day.

Really good bread flour
This flour is absolutely perfect for making bread. I used up 1 bag within a month. Gives great elasticity to the dough.

It is a great flour but how is Bobs arithmetics working?
It a great flour but how come Bob sells a 25lb bag of Artisan flour at 1.96$/lb, a 4 pack of 5lb bags (20lb total) at 1.71$/lb and then I can buy a one 5lb bag at Walmart for 1.11$/lb? A 25lb bag should at least be on par pricewise to a single 5lb bag even from Walmart. And it should definitely be cheaper when bought by a 25lb bag than 4x5lb bags from you directly. Makes no sense to me...
