I was drawn to the popularity of magnesium glycinate as a health supplement. After some exploration and comparison, I decided to try this product/brand. There are some many choices to consider and to be truthful the beautiful package design together with its detailed description had won me over.The capsules are light and very easy to swallow. As to the benefits of taking magnesium glycinate, I have noticed two particular effects. The effect on sleeping: I am a light sleeper for as far as I can remember but lately, I have experienced deep sleep that is truly relaxing. The effect on blood pressure: I have been tracking my blood pressure measurement several times a day and I have noticed that the measurements, on average, have been lower with less variations. If I want to be rigorous - analyze the results statistically - I could perform a null hypothesis for a t-test, but I choose to pass on this exercise. It is interesting to see what other benefits I may see down the road

I was told that Magnesium Glycinade will help relieve stress and promote better sleep. After a month, I can say that I made the right decision to try this product. I can’t confirm the other benefits it claims yet such as boosting energy, supporting bones and joints, or maintaining healthy blood sugar levels since it needs time to prove those. But I have better sleep now.The capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste like some other supplements I had. I have been struggling with severe insomnia since my daughter was born. I have been taking medicines for sleep for almost a year until recently i started weaning off of the meds. It was not easy. Most night i was lucky if I could get 4 hours of sleep. Until I heard of magnesium glycinate. This product is a godsend. I took 2 in the morning with breakfast and 1 at bedtime. The impact is noticeably significant. While before i would turn and toss in bed for hours, lately I have been falling asleep more within one hour, and when i do wake up in the middle of the night for bathroom, I could easily fall back asleep. I feel less overwhelmed with work so I’d say my anxiety level is within a manageable range. I didn’t know my body needs magnesium until i took this product.

I have used this brand for a while and m happy with the results. However, the last order had several empty capsules, so I switched to another brand. I don’t care for the other brand and not sure what I will try next, because I’m not paying for empty capsules.
