Best snacking chocolate available but wish it were 65% cacao. The 70% is a bit too bitter.

Not the usual quality
Waxy texture and did not taste like chocolate. We buy locally all the time so we know what this tastes like. I suspect it had been hot at some time

Great Product but received the wrong item
I buy the 60% chocolate regularly and love it. I ordered the 60% chocolate but received the 72%. I didn’t return it because I buy the 60%, 72% and the 100% for different uses. I really wanted the 60% this time. I will put the 72% to good use though! Love the bitterness of the dark chocolates.

Living on a remote island in Alaska, 60 miles from the nearest grocery store , You learn how to do things quickly ! Taught myself how to do truffles and the Ghirardelli chocolate taste the best ! Not to mention the price is great .

The best chocolate ever
Same great chocolate bars that I've been getting from local market, but they ran out so looked to Amazon and they arrived days ahead of scheduled delivery at half the price elsewhere. Delighted. Have a Best by date 2 years out but certain they will be consumed in a few months.
