30 gph minimum means i need 60 drip emitters at 1/2 gph to meet the 25psi regulation spec. what happens at lower flow rates?

This pressure regualtor has a maximum 105 PSI inlet pressure. It will take any inlet water pressure from 105 PSI to 26 PSI and regulate it down to 25 PSI. It will not regulate flows lower than the preset operating pressure of 25 PSI. Thank you for your question, I hope this helps!

Can this go after my sprinkler valves, or can I put it in the main line that goes to all my sprinkler valves without any issues?

I use mine both ways. One is attached directly to my faucet, thus reducing pressure to my timer and everything beyond. The other one I have is connected to my drip system just before the dripper lines themselves (beyond the timer and hose feeder). This is due to space limitations at the faucet.
