These are so much better than the older shallow cup design used with teapots. It’s nice because you can add your loose leaf tea and it sits in the cup. Also the hard mesh is super easy to clean.

The mesh is so fine it keeps tea leaves in and almost makes it almost a solid surface that’s easy to rinse out!

These are good for loose teas- 2 stars on the sturdiness, as for the first time using, and then washing them, the bottom of one came completely out- Easy enough to put back in, but now it tends to pop out at washing all the time- the second one was fine. This is a so-so buy

I use this to brew my Vietnamese coffee in a mug by seeping the grounds in very hot water fir 5 minutes. So much easier than cleaning a French press; just turn it over and tap it out into the trash and rinse.

Started using actual tea leaves to make my tea, found other strainers to be much more expensive. This is a great quality one, easy to clean, and does a good job of holding the tea leaves. Great value!

Love this product because it allows me to fill loose tea and let it simmer to allow tea to really sit in hot water.

Got these when I was having a big Tea phase. But later found out I'm too sensitive to most teas. So I started using this for filtering bone bits and herbs out of broth. Works perfectly for tea and broth!
