Changed the entire look of our living room.
The media could not be loaded. It's beautiful... Changed the entire look of my living room.. Only concern is that they should have kept an extra hook or crystal.. If any thing goes missing the entire thing will be worthless.. For me one hook was missing, which I adjusted with my necklace hook.. Overall thanku..

Product is awesome but it is very hard to install and it is hard untangle
Although i read all reviews still ordered this product. I ordered 6 feet. It was same as expected it took me almost 4 hours to integrate the product and electrician was visiting next day i kept integrated product on table thinking it will not tangled but it was tangled badly and it took almost 3 hours to untangle few strings unfortunately it was so frustrating that i had to return product.Few pro of this company1. Products looks really awesome if you are able to install properly2. Seller Company has good practice that they allow us to return product for 10 days. This is not like other greedy companies who doesn't allow us to return product. 1 star for this.Few improvements that needs to be done1. Either have partnership with some company for installation of products. I have bought furniture from amazon. Next day technician visits to install product.2. Or use some material that doesn't get untangled keeping product same as now.3. Glass is very light if even if you touch it some pieces might be broken so requesting you to kindly improve quality of diamond glass.

Strings tangle or knots get formed all the time so untangling it is kind of frustrating
Bought a 4 feet chandelier in this. Product is good. Looks beautiful. 3 stars because the strings keep tangling all the time, so you have to keep untangling it multiple times which is time consuming and very frustrating. If you are installing it in a high ceiling area it will be very difficult to remove the tangles.
