I wrote previously regarding the bracket breaking & I thought I was longer than the 30 days. BUT they reached out to me, there is a year warranty and sent me a new! One! They checked several times to see if I was satisfied ( I was out of town for 3-months) GREAT GREAT customer service. I am going to order more & am very happy with the one I have. I swear this bracelet really does protect me and bring me good luck. Plus it is super pretty.

I wear it daily, don't get it wet, take it off each night, don't wear when working out or doing work around the house. Shouldn't split.

I've purchased two of these for my husband over the past year. It's beautiful, but the string does not last (even 4 months) - both bracelets (original and replacement) unraveled, beads fall off. The image shows a metal band at the base, but it is missing on both bracelets I purchased. Stronger threading perhaps might give the bracelets longevity.
