Original Cherryhead Cherry Candy - Sweet Cherry Bliss in a Sugar-Coated Shell – Bulk Candy Pack – 3 Pound

My first order arrived perfectly. This order arrived stuck together like a solid brick. Package was stained red from the outside coating. Candies were dull , rough and craggy from the shiny coating having melted off. Sad experience!

The bag arrived opened and the candy was rolling around the box. The candy is hard and not good. Apparently this item is not eligible for return or refund, which I don't understand. This isn't edible. What am I supposed to do with it? I'm just out the money that I paid for it?

Just like you get in the boxes. These are the firm outer shell, with the flavor layer just below the outer shell. The core is the hard, crunchy, center. Great value for the quantity, and perfect for a gumball machine. Candies came dry and none were stuck together. Great original apple taste. These were sold as "Johnny Apple Treats" back in the 70s, and Ferrara Pan changed the name when when they began a different marketing approach. Original flavors were Apple (Johnny Apple Treats) Cherry (Cherry Clan), Grape (Alexander the Grape), and of course, Lemonheads. Seller should edit the description so as not to confuse about a chewy center, (which these don't have) in order to avoid low star ratings.

They are TINY balls. Hard af on the outside, like jaw breaker hard and the inside is only slightly less hard. Not chewy as described. Also my order came clumped together as a few large bunches of this terrible, terrible "candy".

These are super small and not the typical gumball size sour cherry balls. Very low quality and crunchy vs chewy consistency. Super cheap. I didn’t even open the bag and use them for my party because they look like such poor quality. Very disappointing. Tried to return the unopened bag but it says return is not an option. Total rip off.

I ordered these in hopes that they were chewy sour cherries. They are about the size of a pea and have a hard center. They are in no way chewy. I won’t by them again. They were however wrapped very nicely. They were in a silver padded envelope with Uline ice packs but unfortunately the ice had melted by the time I received my package. The cherries were ok though, not melted together in the Texas heat.
