I love this company. The vitamins are pure and exactly what they say they are.

So this is my favorite B complex vitamin. I like that it has a wide variety and the recommended daily doses. There is no taste and it has helped me with energy and anxiety. Very effective. Does make the urine yellow so beware.

Some cheaper brands are just that....cheaper quality. These are a bit more expensive but it's the old saying. You get what you pay for. I notice that I have more energy, my nervous system is calmer and I just feel generally better. I don't want to promote it for this but I found I had a lot less anxiety when I take this.

Helpful for me and easy to swallow

I remember the first time I took B Complex Plus years ago. I woke up the next day feeling like a new person! As it turns out, this product addresses my type of MTHFR. A blood test determined I had it. It has been explained to me several times and I still don't understand it, but it has to do with the body's methylation process. Also, women tend to need the B vitamins and this product definitely addresses that.
