Sony Computer Entertainment 4GB Memory Card

Great card
It's a decent sized card, I haven't had any problems with it, but I might not use it the same as other people. I have a tablet so all of my movies are on that, I can also stream from my computer so I have no problems with that, I also have an ipod so I don't need to fill my vita with music, because I have that. I have a few game saves, and 6 or so demos. I don't need much else, that's why I got the 4gb card. I thought since you didn't have to buy a game cartridge that digital games would be cheaper but they aren't. Just go to the gamestop website and you can see that a digital copy of a game is way more that the cartridge. So until that comes down I plan on buying physical games. Also read terms and conditions, you never know if you actually own something when you download it. In a recent case with apple it was said that you don't own the music you buy you actually "borrow" it from apple. So I'd rather buy the physical game anyways. It's all depends on the person and what you do. If you want to get a bigger card just to be safe do it, you never know what you might buy. On the other hand if you are like me and have other means to watch/listen to your media, and don't think you will buy games online than get the 4gb card.On another note, I can't believe some of these people are complaining about the size of the card when you bought it... You can go to the Playstation website and see how big some things are. Do some research before you go buy a card, then complain that its not enough. It's a 4gb card, it also tells you what you can put on it in the description. There are no surprises with this card, you get what you get!

Perfect
I just recently got this from Amazon, it works perfectly. I wanted a memory card with more GBs, but couldn't afford it. If you are intending to download games from the playstation store you will need a bigger card, but if you are like me and will be using the hard-copies of the games, using Netflix, and downloading system updates, I think you will be fine with this card. It was easy to install but you will need the manual that came with your Vita to get instructions on how to install it(or maybe go on-line, like to Youtube). It was a snap and everything is working great.

Functional, But Limited by Size and Proprietary Design
The 4GB PlayStation Vita Memory Card is a functional accessory that does its job at a reasonable price. However, in hindsight, a larger size would have been more beneficial for storing more games and data. The use of a proprietary chip is a downside, limiting its versatility. While it serves its purpose, future considerations would include larger storage capacity and more universal design.

Memory Card is good enough for a few games.
Depending on the games you want to play on the Vita, this will be sufficient. If you are looking to play the major games such as Assassin's Creed, Little Big Planet, Madden, Killzone: Liberation, and others like these, 32 GB or 64 GB should be good enough

Sony is scrooge
These are memory cards, and serve their purpose well, but Sony should be ashamed for charging so much for a proprietary memory card! They could have allowed us to use SD cards, or memory sticks, or anything that could one day serve another purpose, but instead they came up with their own proprietary format and decided that $5/gb is somehow a fair price. They're criminals.

The best option for Vita owners who buy retail games, as opposed to downloading them
Provides ample storage space on your Vita, if you're the type of person to buy your games in retail format, as opposed to purchasing them online and downloading them. There is more than enough space on this 4GB card for your game saves, trophies, profiles, etc., and the price is fair (particularly considering the other, more expensive options). Personally, I almost always buy games in physical format, no matter the console, so that I can sell them when I'm done playing them. If you download them, you're stuck with them forever (even if you don't like the game!), with no option to resell and get back most of your money (thereby putting it toward your next game). Long story short... this 4GB card is great!

Works perfectly fine with the Vita
Works perfectly fine with the PlayStation Vita system and is the lowest storage memory card available. I recommend this but must warn you, don't plan on storing too many things as it isn't that much space. Plan on buying another memory card or two after getting this for a Vita user.

Good enough for retail game play
This 4GB card is the minimum required. It's good enough for game saves and game patches if you care to only play games using game cartridges. It can easily hold some apps like Facebook/Netflix and few music albums. I can also download 2-3 game demos. The Content Manager can help move infrequently used data to a PC or PS3 to alleviate space issue if you don't need to have all content available at once.I initially bought this thinking that's all I need. But after playing some of the games, it became obviously that the games are worthwhile to keep, and many have replay value and therefore best to be downloaded to minimize swapping. Also I really liked to try many games and downloaded plenty of demos. Given the amount of stuff I now want to download from PSN, I opt for the pricey 32GB card. But your situation may only require this 4GB version then there wouldn't be a reason to spend more money buying bigger capacity.*UPDATE Nov 2012* I just noticed that PlayStation Plus membership ($50/year) now extends lots of games free for download. It is 18 games in fact, including blockbuster titles such as Uncharted: Golden Abyss , Wipeout 2048 - PS Vita , Gravity Rush , Zen Pinball, etc. If you like many of these games, it's worth paying approximately $4 per month. And by doing so, you'll need more storage and this 4GB will not come close.
