Fast & Easy Delicious Dinner
I fry the whole packet & keep it in the fridge to use a little at a time for easy dinners. It’s great for a quick meal to stir fry some ground meat, onion, cabbage, carrots, then add your favorite noodles. Udon works really well & is my family’s favorite.

Ja Jang Myeon
Wanted to try the foods I have been seeing in KDrama "Mr. Sunshine". Got this bean paste for the j'a jang myeon'.Dish turned out well, but could not let my wife try it. She is gluten intolerant and the ingredients on the package are in Chinese or Korean only. I bet there is wheat in this stuff.

Not Korean Jajamian
This is disgustingly salty, one bite would literally send you to salt hell. Not sweet at all. Just pure concentrated salty soy bean paste. Warnings.

Too Salty
This product is too salty. You need to use very little and water down. I use one tablespoon for entire box of linguine noodles. The black bean paste you get in jars like Lee Kum Kee are better.

Good taste, difficult to store
The flavor was great for making Jajangmyeon. About half a bag made for a large sauce-pan worth of sauce for a family of 5 to eat over noodles. If you are only using part of the bag, then storage becomes a little tricky. Would advise to seal and put in another ziplock (rather than squeezing out into another container). Wish they would sell these in the plastic tubs for easier storage!
