Great product

Ordered this on a recommendation, I find it difficult to manoeuvre around my back so tend to just use the two longest prongs on my shoulders. However it must be helping my muscle tension as I no longer have to apply heat for some relief. I have only used this for a week so time will tell.

This is a brilliant tool for massaging your own back - great buy.

My husband purchased this product to help with pains in his shoulder and the top of his back. He works on a computer all day and can get stiffness in his back from being in the same position. He took this to work and said that it is brilliant, the shape allows you to find the sore point in your back and the round knobs are perfect to help you loosen the tight knots in your muscles. He now wants to buy another one for home. We do recommend it.

I like it. I generally have a lot of pain around my back and legs. This not so little tool is the best

Worth it

Great for getting into those niggly spots yourself. Lots of configurations of nobbles to deliver just the right pressure to the right spot.

Could to reach hard to reach places.
