This Extra Strength Alpha Lipoic Acid really works wonders! It has significantly reduced my complaints of numbness and pain to my hands & feet brought about by my peripheral neuropathy. I definitely highly recommend this product plus it's so worth the price with its 120 tablet bottle.

Good potency and price but they can break and turn to powder easily. When nearly finished with a bottle of these, there's a lot of powder at the bottom and many broken little pieces laying around. They're good but obviously pretty fragile.

I have just reordered this product, it is excellent quality and I have not seen a lower price anywhere for ALA.Re: the review that said it caused stomach upset, it is named Alpha-Lipoic Acid for a reason: it is strongly acidic! I take only 1/2 tablet at a time (400 mg) with a glass of water - the tablet is scored and thus easy to break in half.

I’m sure the supplement itself is beneficial but I find it is very difficult to swallow and tastes badly.

Seems to be working as well as other brands I've used. Love that they are caplets. The caplets are durable enough that they don't crumble easy and at the same time, they are able to be easily broken in half. Excellent value, too!!
