Awesome taste , I’m a 64 year old male I have tried different brands of pills and liquid multivitamins this is by far the best tasting and affordable liquid multivitamin. My energy levels and my focus have improved since taking this supplement. I have bought Now products in the past and will continue to do so ..Give this a try , you won’t be disappointed.

I have been trying to find a solid all-around liquid multi-vitamin & minerals supplement with the right form of B12 in Methylcobalamin form with no success. As apparently manufacturers are more interested in all of the money they can make selling b-12 M-form as a stand alone supplement, which kind of sucks for the consumer, but it is what it is, I guess.. And I have looked everywhere. Even the pricier vegan multi-supplements still contained Cyanocobalamin form, only..So, I thought that it would be more feasible to buy sublingual b-12 drops and a less expensive liquid multi to work it out. And I decided to try the Now Liquid Multi (orange-ish flavor), and paired it with the Aret-Nutrition Vitamin B-12 Liquid (Methylcobalamin) drops, both are available here on Amazon (but double check prices online in case they go on sale cheaper, elsewhere)..And so far it's working out fine. While, it's true the liquid vitamins do have a bit of a syrupy/medicine-y after-taste, but it's not the worst liquid multi i have ever tasted. And at this point, with the awful flavors floating around, anything I can choke down at all is a plus.Methylcobalamin-B12 AmazonLink:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06X923P7S/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1To maximize absorption within the body, I take them every other day, in the mornings before breakfast, I add the Now Multi to a tablespoon or two of water and then take it like a shot (the water kills some of the aftertaste, and I didn't need to take it with juice, so I think it may workout until I can find a good vegan one with the right b-12) and then I take the liquid b-12 and do the same thing (you can take it under the tongue or swallow normally)..Overall it's a pretty good product, but, if it had the right b-12, it would have a much better score (although the b-12 I found is working out well also).Grade: C+; or 3.75Stars!

Yuk! Hard to swallow this ugly brown liquid that taste like Kerosene.I gave it a week try. Don't think this is the one for me. Uh, Uh. Nope.

Always, always trust NOW vitamins and supplements. I have evaluated, compared and it always comes back to NOW quality health products at a reasonable price. A person close to me is having heath problems and will choke on any tablets or capsules. I ordered NOW ‘s liquid multi and only one tablespoon gives him all the vitamins and minerals he needs, easy to swallow. I always buy NOW products.

Tastes horrible and upset my stomach for the entire day ! DO NOT BUY !!!
