Q: Where are these made?

They are made in Bangladesh, and NOT 100% cotton. The stretchy band, and/or, chemicals in the bra burned my skin badly underneath the band.

Q: Is there any elastic or spandex in this bra?

As always yes. the bottom band has some sort of material 'not cotton'. It isn't really very stretchy or elastic under the cups; it becomes elastic just past the cups and around the arm part The straps are also elastic of course. The bra is probably more like 93% cotton. The only part that bothers me is under the cups. I don't know why this can't be elastic enclosed in cotton - or the current material enclosed/covered - or a solid band of cotton since it isn't stretchy, but manufacturers don't seem to get it. I've looked at a thousand bras that don't cost a small fortune and this is the best I've found. Comfy, good fit, MOSTLY cotton, and at $7.94 reasonably priced. Not perfect though. I guess I'll just keep sweating, breaking out under the breasts, and taking it off when I can. So, yes, some elastic. Good luck in your search for real 100% cotton!
