best pill cutter ever. u can put 5 at once and all gets split very well. appearance looks great size isnt bulky security of holding th pills is well made. ease of use 100%. the value for the money i would buy another.

From someone who has been using a pill splitter for quite a while now, this one is the best I've encountered so far. The pill bed is rubbery so the pills don't slide around, the walls are easy to move in and out for clamping the pills, the blade is recessed so it's hard to cut yourself. Also, there is plenty of storage at the end for small to medium split pills and it cuts cleanly - even with powdery/chalky pills. The only downside I have seen is that it is a little large, and the hinge feels just a little unstable. However, for the price, it is pretty sturdy and durable. The color pretty well matches the picture from the listing, and it came well wrapped and visually clean. As for cutting pills, attached are photos of cutting three very oblong pills at once. I was pretty sure they weren't going to stay put when cutting, but they actually didn't budge hardly at all. As someone coming from a cheapy $3 pill splitter, this one is a MAJOR upgrade! Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs one!

Pretty color. I like being able to cut several at same time. Despite a few that got messed up it works better than the old style single splitter I was using. The better, its not perfectly in half for those pills that have no center line. The blade needs to be lots sharper for greater accuracy. The positioning system is a good idea, just not quite strong enough to hold pills totally still during lie cutting process.

I take 1/2 a tablet to help me sleep every night. It's a tiny little pill and incredibly hard to cut in half by hand. After a scare last week, where I thought I'd dropped half a pill and couldn't find it on the floor as my year-old Dachshund trotted happily out of the room chewing on something, I panicked. (Turns out I'd put 2 half pills in one section of my old lady pill keeper, so he didn't actually get it.) But it scared me badly, so I ordered this pill cutter. Super easy to use, hold even my tiny little nighttime pills firmly. Cuts them in half easily and holds them until I open it. Plus the cut is even and clean, something I've never been able to accomplish with a cutting board and a knife. This is a great buy and works great. I'm actually kicking myself for not buying it 6 months ago!

Whoa! Much less pill-powder waste and very fast to cut up to FIVE pills! Do NOT suggest putting in six pills as it becomes very hard to press and could break the device. Save a great deal of time to cut in half a bottle powder pills.

The absolute best pill cutter ever. I've tried so many pill cutters and never seem to get one that won't crush my pills in the process. I had a single cutter previously that worked well for a few years, and I needed one for multiple at a time. This one does not crush any of the pills I've tried. Even the smallest of the small ones. Very sturdy, super easy to use and highly recommend.

Got this pill cutter because it was one of the few that you could adjust the size of the part that hold the pills securely when cutting. I had a very small pill for my cat and a large pill for my dog that I needed to cut in half daily. With the regular cutters the small pill would slide around and crack unevenly, but this holds a line of several pills securely and makes even, sharp cuts, without them breaking apart (very little residual pill powder and no uneven chunks). The larger pills don’t split quite as nicely, but it may also be the consistency of the pill. I don’t have any other pills as large to test though. For the best results you do have to line up the pill score marks with the blade. For smaller pills, if you want to do several at a time, it can be a little tricky. A pair of tweezers, forceps or even small, narrow (clean) pliers work well though to line them up (easier than getting your fingers in a small space). I took off 1 star off due to the large pills not cutting as evenly as I’d like. For the small pills I’d give it 5 stars.
