This foam roller has saved my back at work. After getting in a crash, my traps(muscle on back and neck) were really locking up and causing me a lot of pain at my desk job. I started bringing this foam roller to work and rolling out my back often throughout my shift and my traps aren’t as tight as they were. My back and neck is in a lot less pain.

Bought this to extend my workouts. No regrets. Soft and doesn't move under my body.

There's not a lot to say, this is the same quality of foam roller as you'd find in a chiropractor or physical therapy office - I'm rather tall, at 5'9", and needed this longer roller to be able to lie on it vertically and still fit to do exercises. Great price, and if you're here looking for this item... you know what its for, and how to use it! This is a good one. Took a pic of it along my yoga mat for a visual reference of size.

This was my first roller. Using this was painful!! I ended up splurging in a Lulu Lemon roller after this one. Now that I’ve been using that one almost daily, I’ve found my quads sometimes need a more dense roller. So, this one still gets used. It might not be the best for those just starting with foam rolling, but it’s a good addition to a foam roller arsenal. It’s nice and wide too!

I was introduced to this in physical therapy. It helps me stretch my upper back and perform strengthening exercises.

I love it! this hard roll does pop my whole back, very happy with it :)
