Everything I needed to repair our washing machine. I would not recommend a novice trying tackle this repair. It is involved and requires tools, mechanical skills, strength and general knowledge of how things work. I have a shop full of specialty tools and it still took quite a bit of effort to remove worn parts and install parts provided in the kit. Everything is provided that results in a good bearing and shaft rebuild. I am pleased with the outcome. Now we will have to wait and see if the bearings last as long as the original OEM parts. Take your time, be patient, and you should be ok assuming you have the proper knowledge, skills and tools. Start to finish, remove washer from house to shop, disassemble and reassemble and reinstall took about four hours.

Bearings did not last even three years. The area where the shaft seal rides was very rough and needed to be put in the lathe and polished. Even so, after this short time, the seal had failed, bearing got wet and failed. However, the worst part was the corrosion on the shaft. I needed a hand sledge hammer to beat the shaft out. I bought new American bearings and a seal, and re-used the original Whirlpool shaft to reassemble. I would not recommend buying this kit. Or maybe any of the cheap; ones. The new bearings and seal set me back about $135. The assembly tool, however, worked just fine.

The kit came with everything I needed to complete the job. It was a back-breaking process to get the axle and the drum separated but I had a suspicion it would be troublesome. Reassembly with this kit was relatively easy with one caveat. I couldn't get the tube that goes between the two bearing properly centered. If not perfect, the shaft could not be inserted. After 4 failed attempts I ended up inserting the shaft prior to inserting the bottom bearing. I tightened the nut on the shaft to move it into place. I hope I never have to do this job again.

Purchased this to replace the bearing on an old washing machine. All parts included. I combination with my laptop running the You Tube video on how to do it, my neighbor and I got it done. Now I hope to get another 20 years out of the machine!

The main shaft was not machined correctly and when installed caused issues i had to reuse the orignal main shaft! Read carefully there is no returns. The motor was scraping the sides when installed so the shaft is bent/not true. (Machined wrong)

What you get, is needed for easy replacement install. Unfortunately no instructions. You must watch at nauseum people trying to do the job on yougoob. One thing you probably will need is about 22" length of 2x4, and a car scissor jack. Place the 2x4 into the tub and under the lip, being centered so the jack rests on the shaft. Raise jack to push shaft out of tub. Then remove the bearings by punching out with the round shaft. The tool properly installed the bearings for installing onto the shaft.The whole process took 30 minutes, and about 3 hours of internet searching on yougoob.

Exact fit for Cabrio washer that I have kept running for close to 20 years now.I highly recommend getting these correct tools to properly seat the bearings.By working on it myself saved ~$600-800 (again).Careful when knocking out top bearing as the outer ring separates.
