Solid replacement handle, works great
This handle feels sturdy and fits my toilet without any issues. The metal construction feels much more durable than the old plastic one it replaced. Installation was straightforward, and everything works smoothly now.

Very nice handle
Good quality, nice looking, it works. Did not have to bend the metal bar at all. Took me two minutes to install.

Fit perfectly with our Jacuzzi brand toilet
This worked out perfect! The model of our toilet is not produced anymore and I had a hard time finding the exact part by manufacturer. When I did, it was three times the price of this one. We decided to give this one a try, it arrived very fast and my husband installed it in minutes with no issue at all. Works great!

A good replacement just not for my toilet
I'm sure this is a quality product and the manufacturer offers lifetime replacement warranty, so for that, I rated high.It was an easy item to install item and I love the lifetime warranty. However, for my tank, this didn't work out. I had to bend the arm, as directions suggested, but could not get it to correct point of flushing completely without having to push handle twice and then hold down for a second or two. And then the handle would not return to position on its own. Finally, after about 10 flushes, I had to try to readjust the lever arm and the metal broke at the closest hole to handle. Now I have another broken flush handle and will need to get another replacement (hoping to find one that works for my American Standard toilet.)I would recommend this if you know your tank and shape of lever arm being replaced. OR just keep in mind when bending the metal, it can break.

Worth it
Seems to be good quality, especially for the price. Sturdy. Easy installation.

I recommend this item
The internal rod on my previous device was so corroded that it fell apart. It was simple to install this device and it took less than a minute even for someone like me who is not handy. There are instructions for bending the rod to make it work for some toilets, but that was not necessary. It also comes with a chain to attach the lever to the flapper, where the water flows, but my existing one was fine, so I just connected it to the lever. I prefer the appearance of this handle over my old one and it functions perfectly. It is a good value for the price paid.

NOT THAT EASY TO INSTALL!
This was my FIRST time replacing the toilet handle. I am not a plumber! At all. When I first pulled the handle out of the box, I unscrewed the nuts on the right hand side and went to place it into the hole in the tank. The little white plastic square on the handle was too large on the left of the tank. Therefore, I had to take a nail file and file down around all four corners to get the square to fit into the porcelain tank hole. That nearly took me 45 minutes because I wanted to make sure that it was not too small so I kept analyzing it and slowly filing it. After that task was completed, I attempted to hook the chain up from the flapper to the metal bar. The metal bar had to be bent which is also not an easy task. I ended up having a friend come over and we played with it for nearly an hour before we got the flush just right. I'm not so sure that this handle is universal. Although, if you have some ingenuity, you can make it work. It does seem to be of good quality thus far. I have attached pictures to try and help anybody that went through the same issues that I did and I'm showing the way that I bent the metal rod. Maybe next time I'll actually call a plumber! š«£ šš¬ Although, time is worth money, so is learning something new! Now I know how to put on a toilet handle or so I think I do! š

No more jiggled Handel
Have strong pliers to close chain hook. The mounting screw is lefthanded all that said it was easily installed and worked well.
