easiest way to take iodine

I read somewhere that painting clear iodine on your nails makes them stronger, so I bought this. I've always had what I considered "potato chip" fingernails and after messing around with gel nail polish and nail powders and soaking in acetone they because the worst they've ever been. I figured it would take 6 months to grow out to get healthy. I even have one thumb nail that splits vertically, which is painful. I used a small artist brush and just put a few drips from the dropper on it, then applied it to my nails. From the first use it strenghtened them much to my astonishment! I applied it once a day for a week, and now once a week. I can't even believe these are the same nails. They're not breaking, peeling or splitting! For the nail that spit I used teabag paper and Gorilla Super Glue (the best glue by far for that and I've tried many) and even it has stopped splitting since I stopped with the patching. Do this for your brittle nails; you'll be glad you did!

Product is good, but the one I received was close to expiration and has now expired. Whatever, I'll just use it anyway. It is clear that the product is still potent.

I'm no chemist but as you can see in the picture, this brand of iodine does go from yellow to purple when you put it on flour. I can't speak to it's concentration, but it does appear to contain iodine.

Amazing stuff I hope they don't raise the price for 15$ o love it or perhaps they could offer a 2 month supply of their whole line up at a reduced rate 10$ a bottle 2 months per bottle and its always like this. I liked it so much I bought everything but the fulvic humic... But I want it all. They say 30day money back and this is this great more like 30day an you'll be hooked until they raise the price

Good quality pump makes it easy to dispense

I am mostly vegetarian, and don't have iodized salt. I put some of this in my water occasionally, and I haven't died yet. I'm almost certainly going to die at some point, but I cannot promise to report back that this stuff was the reason.

Pleasent tasting, I don't really notice anything different in particular, Overall I feel better but I also doing many healthy new things simultaneously so perhaps the benefits Im feeling are masked by everything else I'm doing.
