Relaxing
This is a high quality tincture that relaxes me and tastes potent. I wanted it for sleeping, but I don't think Passionflower can reach the sleep effects of other natural remedies such as poppy, hops, and valerian. So, I take the passionflower during the day if I'm stressed, but find it ineffective for sleep.

I like having a couple droppers. It makes you feel healthy and zen while feeling good overall.

Not as labeled and not effective
DO NOT BUY! The description says alcohol free, but what I received tasted like grain alcohol and the bottle said it was 12-15% alcohol. There is no way this had enough passion flower extract in it to be effective, and it wasn’t. Passion flower usually makes me relaxed and sleepy, but this didn’t. It also tested dreadful

purchased for help with anxiety
I saw on dr oz that this was a good and natural way to help with anxiety. After doing some research I found good things, so I purchased. I have to say, it works for me. If I find myself panicking about something I mix 1 dropper full with an ounce of water and within 10 min I'm feeling better, breathing deeper and not so jittery. Its good before bed as well to help with sleeping.

I particularly like the part of the plant the herbal tincture is made from. It calmed me right down. Start out slow to see how you respond first. Highly recommend and will be buying this brand again. Thank you!!!

Really helpful for mild anxiety attacks or when my brain just won’t shut up at bedtime. Tastes awful but it works so I don’t mind.
