Great product, tastes very well and all good ingredients

I've tried many raw and not-raw almond butters over the past year and this is hands-down my favorite one and I keep coming back to it. It is expensive but in terms of flavor, texture, and overall mouth appeal, it is worth it if you want your almond butter raw and organic.Artisana Organics Raw Almond Butter is the same price but is slightly larger (14 ounces VS. 12 ounces for the Maranatha). However, flavor-wise it just tastes like someone ground up a handful of unremarkable almonds. I've also tried Gopal's Sprouted Almond Butter (same price but smaller, 8 ounces) and that one is tasty but a bit too thin and oily. The Maranatha has a very smooth, slightly sweet flavor that is unique compared against the other almond butters I've tried. The texture is not too thin and not too thick, but just right. And it tastes awesome right out of the jar.If you are just starting to venture out into raw almond butters, I would recommend this is as your initial purchase. Then, if you want to try others you will be able to compare them against this one and see which one(s) you like best. I always have a jar of this brand on hand even if I try others, just to test them out.

Trying to cut out butter or margarine for a healthier diet? This is perfect for your morning toast. You’ll never miss the margarine again. Also has many health benefits. I also appreciate that it is in ALMOND oil. No palm oil. Delicious taste and is easy to spread after it is sufficiently stirred.

VERY EXPENSIVE! Not sure it is worth the price- but it is lighter, and has a good flavor- dont think I will spend the $20 on it again- this is a "DONT BUY" because of the price point

I'm not sure if this being raw and organic is the reason its so oily.But its not really good for spreading on anything.As is I would use this as a add in to a protein shake or smoothie.Maybe add in a cookie dough or topping a veggie plate..But the consistency is more like a very thin spread with chunks of almond.Taste is excellent .Just opened it so I'm going to refrigerate it and see if that changes the consistency.Its definitely worth trying if you catch it on sale.I've had other products by this brand. And I haven't been disappointed yet.Flavors are great and they have all been fresh.

Picture shows empty jar because it came in a plastic jar.. I do not like plastic so I transferred the contents to a glass jar. I have changed my rating to one star, because the picture shown when buying (same picture is still there on Amazon) shows ingredients to be dry roasted almonds only. However what I received states on plastic jar that ingredients are dry roasted almonds and palm oil.. this is deceptive marketing. I will not be buying again.. I gave such a great review because I did not read the ingredients list having already read it when buying. My husband noticed it and pointed out to me that what is advertised and actual are different. Shame! I drew this issue to Amazon’s attention and received a satisfactory response..Previous: I have had lots of raw almond butters. This MaraNatha Organic Creamy Roasted Almond butter is the best, simply the best! Give your mouth a treat and you won't regret it. Why the four stars? I do not like plastic jars and for that price it should have been in a glass jar. Yummy on crackers. Whoosh enjoy.

By far the best almond and peanut butter I have ever had that is clean, organic and creamy. Best choice in taste and consistency. Wish they had a hazelnut butter.
