FAST LIFE Cotton Buds for Dogs

These look great, however, I wasn’t expecting these cotton buds to be so LARGE (you can see the size comparison between these and a standard Q-tip in the photo I attached). I have a Shih Tzu and a Pomeranian, so these don’t even fit into the ear canal. I wouldn’t recommend them on small-medium dogs. I would’ve given fewer stars, but it was my bad that I didn’t read the description first (haha!) so cheers to five stars! Product arrived on time and is still convenient to use - I just use it to clean the outer parts of my babies’ ears only.

My senior Chocolate Labrador tends to get schmutz in his right ear. He doesn't like cleaning but generally holds still while I used to wet a cotton round, wrap it around the tip of my finger, and push it lower into his ear canal.However, when he has an infection, he is much more sensitive and doesn't enjoy me poking around and also moving a standard size Q-tip or 3 around all the folds of his ear. I remember wishing there was something thinner than my finger that could get down deeper and not hurt him, and I decided to search Amazon. I shouldn't have been surprised that this very thing existed but I was. Overjoyed is more like it... about large Q-Tips! HahaBut seriously though, what a game changer. I'm happy to report that these items did the trick to move out the gross stuff so his ear medicine could do it's job, and he's been tolerating them quite nicely since the infection cleared up. I use one wet and then one dry for each ear. As others have mentioned, the cotton is nice and firm and doesn't get fuzzy or leave behind any fibers. My boy Brinkley and I thank you for this product!

These are excellent for my Labrador's ears. Much better that cotton balls as they allow for the perfect reach into the ear. The stick portion is long enough for easy handling without getting in the way. Just the right amount of cotton. No "fuzzy" leftovers inside the ear. Well worth it. Will definitely buy again.

I LOVE these. I have a pit who gets chronic ear infections and these are the absolute perfect size for getting them clean. I also use them on my other pit who likes to roll in the dirt. Her ears get filthy inside but these things get all the dirt and debris out. The cotton stays together and the length of the wooden stick has come in handy in hard to reach places several times now. I will be ordering more soon.

These cotton buds for dogs are such a help. I have the sweetest English white golden Retriever who is very suspicious when I’m trying to clean his ears. Every time I go to clean his ears, my 100 lb. boy (Bentley Bear) is one BIG BABY! I have to put the longer, bigger cotton “bud? size” on the floor where he can clearly see it. First step is to check his ears to see if they need cleaning ( always ) and when he’s lying down quietly, I show him the cotton stick and let him know that I’m not jamming anything into his ears. I very gently just work around the inside of his ears, but not into anything deep. Does he like it? Well, no! But, he takes it as long as I walk him thru it and I don’t do anything different unless I tell him first. When I explain that I have to go just a bit deeper ( never where I can’t see the whole cotton tip! ) he pretty much lets me do what I need to do to finish. He doesn’t move but I can feel his eyes straining to look at my face, just to be sure! This product is so good and makes everything safer ( it’s hard to shove a large cotton ball tip into your dog’s ear canal, even accidentally. ONE OTHER USE: I have some small fans and it’s almost impossible to clean his hair out of them, especially with regular Q-Tips. Those are too short and fall into the fan ( lesson learned! ). But these longer ones work great! This was my original reason for looking for longer sticks. Ok 🎤 drop and I’m done! Hope this helps you!

Makes huge difference to use these. I have a 200lbs Newfoundland dog, and it used to be a pain to clean his ears I had to put 3-4 reg Qtips together to try clean inside not to injure the ears. And still not long enough.But these are big enough and long, makes it very easy. Happy with this product!

My bluetick hound has a chronic ear infection (had to have one ear removed but that's another story). As a result of neglect and ill-health, she has to be bathed every five days with leave-in medicated shampoo. If you're a dog owner, you know that water isn't great for the ears, especially floppy ones.These swabs are a lifesaver. I'll be honest, I buy from several sellers depending on price, and these do a great job. They get the gunk out. When I was using cotton balls I thought I was removing a lot of stuff, but these swabs make you realize how much you were missing.The first time you use these, make sure you're ready for what you'll see, because it is DISGUSTING. And that means they work!Maybe that should be your slogan: They Get the Gunk Out!

hold up nice to use, feel much better using these than regular small ones, helps not to get in there too deep, less tickling factor for sure, gets the gunk out good. nice applicator, none have snapped off, the cotton stays on the stick well also. handy for those poor pups with ear allergy issues.
